how to use:

- In the first/second fields, enter a note letter, a dash or sharp, and the desired octave.
  example: A-3

- In the third field, enter the desired number of intervals and press enter. Maximum is 1200 for "pxx.txt" and 256 for "pxx.ftm".

- Type "y" if you want to make another scale.

Three files are created: "freq.txt" (contains hz values), "pxx.txt" (contains Pxx values), and "pxx.ftm" (contains equivalent portamento in pattern editor). CAUTION: preexisting files will be overwritten without prompting.
