I also re-made a ringtone from my Sony Ericsson phone (apparently written by microsound). It uses every channel, but the piano is really quiet.

In it, a very interesting technique is used where an extremely short sample is rapidly looped, which creates an interesting sound, almost like a Sawtooth wave. I kind of know how this works, but my terminology is probably incorrect somewhere. Anyway, this instrument maps out the notes that can be generated by this sample from C-2 to B-4. Feel free to use it. Remember that only several notes work using this technique with this sample, so it can be difficult to create a more modern, complex chiptune song (unless someone wants to make some more samples to make up for the missing space).
