What, you have a 20-peice drumset? I only need 1 high tom, one low tom, one floor tom, one snare, one hihat and one cymbal. All in different .WAV files.
Edit: Whoops...looks like I misunderstood.
Try searching http://www.freesound.org or use a search engine to look for '808 samples' or '909 samples' or 'drum kits'
And besides; something I've noticed is that the DPCM channel has better emphasis when you use it along with the noise channel.
For example, when I play a snare drum in the DPCM channel, I usually accompany it with a short burst of the noise channel at the second-lowest note possible.

Technology: the one thing that's hated & cursed at by all engineers, technologists, scientists & technicians!
What I'm going to do now is release these things called 'Soundpacks' and what they are going to be are .zip files with FTI's from game companies.
Here's one to Gray Matter. Although I think they only did two games for NES. These are from Captain Planet. I also noticed they have that weird looping guitar from Dirty Harry but in NSFPlay, it said E0 for volume, and now I know what the E volumes mean. I found out they are multiples of three so if a volume in NSFPlay is 'E0, E12, etc" Those volumes could be 15, 12, 9, 6, 3, or 0.

How about E4, E6, E9, E13, E1, E2, E8 and so on?
E0 is something like 15 8 1 0 as I know of, and E1 is like 15 11 7 3 0.
Also, the same Ex has different results throughout the song if x is not too small. Once I attempted to do a E4 cover and it took me 4 instruments. It is even possible that some other samples in the game use Ex as well, messing the volume envelopes or as least modifying them a bit, so the only way to perform those Exs is to add a new effect: E0x.
How do you figure all this stuff out? Like I said, I learn it by ear. Also there's a drum by David Wise and it has an E volume and I found out it was 15, 12, 9, 6, 3, 0 (or something like that). It sounded exact to me. But that's just my ear.
There are some sound effects in certain NSFs which contain a single Ex, so I export them to MIDIs directly. As I said before, the Ex envelopes change frequently, so these are only estimations.
