I've been playing around with the latest version (in win 7) and have noticed something strange in the two square channels of vrc6 (in the pattern attached). The last G-3 should keep on sounding, but it fades out with no apparent reason.
It's weird, because if I copy and paste the whole tracks in a new module, the problem seems to be solved. Apparently. After editing a bit the instrument used in that channels (just changing the duty cycle), the same problem appears in another note! (btw, another G-3).
I don't know if this is due to "trash data" or something in the file, but I doubt it, as far as it's just one pattern long... Any ideas?
Thanks for your time and sorry about my poor English
Ahhh, I can already see what's wrong.
I can tell you're trying to triplet your notes by using Impulsetracker-style note delay commands on the beginning (SD1/SD2). Just for reference, famitracker assigns them as Gxx instead.
Rather, Sxx is assigned as a note cut command in FT.
The reason why you're experiencing that "fade" on the last note is because you're setting that note-cut with the SD2 near the beginning -- which despite the following note events, it recursively initiates the cut 210 ticks later.
