2. It must use 900 BPM until the final frame & gradually slow down to 1 BPM on the final frame.
3. The number of instruments must be the highest value of the Fibonacci number sequence that FamiTracker can tolerate.
4. All instruments must be used on at least 100 notes per channel, for every channel & each respective expansion chip used.
5. In the 8th, 16th, 32nd, & 64th frame of the song, you must use the Fxx effect to alternate from 900 BPM to 1 BPM from row to row.
6. Only the effects 3F0, 4FF, PDA, Fxx & Yxx are allowed.
7. You must rip the voice sample from Action 52's intro & use it exclusively for all your DPCM notes, on all pitch & octave settings.
8. All tracks must be in the D# minor scale.
9. Your FTM file must open in FamiTracker 0.2.2 with 0 rows, 0 frames, no instruments, a tempo of 0, a speed of 0 & a step of 0.

This is impossible; You cannot use F78 and say that it changes the speed but not the tempo.
The only way to achieve 1BPM is to import a MIDI so that the speed becomes 120, and there is no way back once you use a F01.
