This work actually costs few hundreds USD, so probably you'll not be able to offer adequate payment, thus it makes sense to think about some alternative ways. Maybe offer royalty, or use non-custom music with free licences, or use less music (so you could get it cheaper), etc. Or try to make it by yourself, and you'll get idea why your current conditions aren't fair enough.
What I could offer personally, and I guess some other authors too (ask them first, of course), is to use my previously released non-commerical music under terms of CC-BY license. I.e. you can use it for your commercial works, but you should properly credit the author. Among my works it is all the music on my website in Music section, which is not marked as cover (i.e. my original works only). My credit requirements are nickname (a must) and link to the site (where possible).
