Something related to sheet music (I'm actually going the other way around)

...Is Famitracker C-3 actually MIDI C4 AKA middle C? This is really confusing me with getting the right register from pulse waves to "normal" instruments. Though I do already know that the triangle is off by an octave.

Just do whatever sounds good. The perception of music is almost entirely dependent on intervals anyway.

But yeah, C-3=C4.
