This page
has a table in the middle. Here it is (reformatted so that it shows up well and uses decimal instead of hex for pitch numbers):
15: C-8
14: G-7
13: E-7
12: C-7
11: A-6
10: G-6
9: F-6
8: D-6
7: C-6
6: B-5
5: A-5
4: G-5
3: F-5
2: E-5
1: D-5
0: C-5
Of course, if you load a sample that isn't a C, you can transpose this scale to other keys.
(I'm not sure why the table's octaves are numbered from 5 to 8, but that's what it says.)

It appears, it is unessential to have, for example,Sunsoft bass samples with the fifth on the seventh octaves. It is possible and with the third on the fifth. In this case the instrument as "... .fti" it is kept correctly.
