It is, like, I could have a hand-made snare in one channel (ps mah snare is very good) and it'll play as a piano unless I have the hihat playing, and if i do, the hihat won't sound.

Plus, I had this cool acid-like instrument I made, and it came out as a bass.

IT had been acid in the instrument editor and then all of a sudden it was just a bass.

Oh, I think that I know what you mean. That bug was corrected few days ago. I tought that I launched the lastest alpha without that error. My bad.

Btw, the next alpha will be great, PCM Channel!, Note on/note off!, effects!, Sustain parameter!, lot of bugs fixed, etc. :D

I just got done with a new skin for Deflemask.

Included are screencaps to give you the feel of what it looks like done.

Also included is the actual theme. For those who want to make a theme, font.glf MUST be included.

On the final version I will include a converter from standard .rtf fonts to DefleMask fonts files. There are some limitations on the fonts texture, so I need to develop a tool to add fonts easily. :D

The next version will be released on my forum soon. Btw, someone already make some songs with DefleMask?, because the new format with the PCM channel data and effects is not compatible with the old one (I already converted KuroBit's "Awesome" to the new format).

DefleMask Public Beta 1 RELEASED ON MY FORUM!

Read the manual included with DefleMask (in Window's start menu).

NEWS for in BETA 1:
- Added PCM Channel Support!.
- Added effects features: Panning, Vibrato/Modulation and Continue Note.
- Added Note OFF support.
- Added Undo & Redo features, remembering up to 100 changes!.
- Added support for "SL" parameter!.
- Added a slider on Window's Bottom for horizontal movement.
- Added a "Copy Frame" Button to the Pattern Matrix.
- Added a new way to understand the clipboard: now is categorized and you can mix notes and effects from different section of the clipboard (read the manual for more information).
- Now you can skip the startup screen by pressing the left mouse button!.
- Added different color parameters in colors.ini for: Volume value, Effect Code and Effect Value.
- More stability and more speed.
- Solved some bugs related to the volume column.
- Manual updated!.
- Some textures has been changed.
- Fixed a crash that occurred when rows value where close to the maximum (12.
- Fixed many bugs.
