The Waveform Bug was because I was updating the viewer two times per sound render with a different position, so I was actually doing the same both, and then a random line as separation was appearing.
I think I am confused. Deflemask noise still sounds the same as it was before for u9.
Now the A#-7 in the SN76489 is 000000 in the Freq Register of it (highest freq). If it sounds different is because of the Emulator Implementation. A test on the actual hardware needs to be done.

Btw, for Genesis, using Note off cancels a pitch bend.
This is intentional. Please do not report as bugs things because they are only different from FamiTracker.
I know that I'm in the FamiTracker Forums, but the majority of trackers actually remember what effect are you using for only 1 row! (MilkyTracker, FastTracker, VGM Music Maker, etc). FamiTracker, DefleMask, among others, had a different philosophy, because they remember what effect you are using, so you don't have to SPAM the patterns with the same effects. But this implementation could differ between them, and this is the case, DefleMask resets various to-note commands after a note-off, this could be helpful or not, depending what are you doing. I decided to let it in this way because I like it more.
Idk, the noise sounds the same. I'm probably doing something wrong. Oh well.
The reason I thought the Note off cancelling was a bug is because I try it on FM drums. For FM drums, you need to make a stab effect to slowly decaying static sound as well as a big FM boom being pitched down. In order to do this correctly, you need to cancel the stab effect and stop the drum sound from continuing forever with a Note off. But since Note off cancels pitch bend, the way it is set up makes FM drums not possible.
I'm gonna weigh in and say a note-off should only cancel the note, not any effect that was activated before it (only the corresponding effect with the value 00 should). I think it's more logical that way.
But feel free to disregard me.
EDIT: Btw Delek, since you're making hotfixes, any chance you can get PgUp, PgDown and End working keys like I requested a couple weeks ago? :D
Well, I updated DefleMask 8 u10, now the NOTE-OFF not cancel the portamento, also I added the END key to go to the bottom. PgUp and PgDown will be added on next hot fix, I gotta go right now. Cheers.
What a strange system!, maybe after adding SID and NEO GEO!.
Btw, Defle 8 Update 11 Released!, a bug in the YAMAHA YM2612 was discovered in the DefleMask's forums, and I added some other little things to improve even more the workflow.
NEWS:
Now you can press Ctrl+S to save the module at any time (and changed the default Custom Shrink shortcut to Ctrl+W to avoid a fight with the Quick Save).
Now the instrument list will not be closed after you select an instrument (you can test the ins list faster).
Fixed a small bug in the YAMAHA YM2612 emulation.
Added Go To Bottom key, default: KEY END.
Manual Updated.
Both Windows and Linux builds updated.
Oopps, I removed the muting for the YM2612 due to a mistake. Touching the Emulator code is dangerous!. If you already downloaded u11 please re-download it!, it is fixed now.
A user reminded me that Defle do not have SSG-EG control for the YM2612, so I added it, and it is correctly implemented with all 8 shapes, not as in VGMMM (you can hear that the shapes are the same 3 in Shiru's program, but actually there are 8 ).
