Genesis hardware does not have PSG panning, it is only works on Game Gear. I.e. if you need it, you should export VGM for Game Gear.
I tried lowering the volume on one PSG channel and having the FM channel hard pan left or right. It should work in theory.
*Update*
I found a commercial game that use both the Six sound channel and the PCM in the same song. The game also uses pretty unique instruments. This is some thing you except out of a Japanese game.
TFD is a legacy format for a device that does not know anything about samples and PSG. So it is not possible and will be not possible.
There is VGM format as the main format, in the future there may be some custom formats more suitable for usage in Genesis programs. Still, you can get all the needed information from a VGM and convert it into a custom format. You also have text export just in case you would need some editor-level information.
Well, it's ok for now, I'm using FM drums from now on, but there's something REALLY annoying, and I don't know if it's a glitch or something. At pure random, when I place notes with Auto instrumentation turned on, I don't hear the notes played with that instrument, but something totally different! It's really getting on my nerves and I have no idea what's causing it. Also sometimes when I play the song, it plays the wrong instrument for the first row sometimes.
It is difficult to fix bugs that are not stable and not reproducible. If you found a problem that is always happens under certain circumstances - document it, and I'll be able to fix it.
If there are random bugs that only happen on certain PC (not mine), or happen very rarely, or only happen under certain Windows version that I don't have - sorry, I can't help much.

Well the most current version I'm using seem to have a few bugs. When ever I play a song, often it won't let me edit anything in the tracker after playing. Is there something I'm doing wrong or it's the fault of the program? I'm using Windows 7.
There are bugs, I'm sure. I can't tell if you doing something wrong, how can I guess it? It may be either, or even a conflict with something, say, a keyboard switcher.
I don't have Windows 7 to test, got no reports about any related problems, though.
