I've noticed that if you open the module properties, change the vibrato, anything, while the song is playing, and you press ok or apply, then if you're using FDS, the waveform switches to a square-ish waveform, and plays at full volume.
I think I'm using 0.3.7 beta, but I might be using 0.3.6.
