Pretty much exactly what the thread title says: if you try to change the volume on the same row you have a note-off, the volume change won't get processed. The obvious workaround is to simply move the volume change down at least one row. Still, it would be useful to allow this; consider the case where you have a repeated pattern that ends with a fading note, using a note-off on the last row, then the next frame starts with the channel at full volume.
