Well here is part of it.
It is not really finished, but think of this as more of a 1st draft. I have a ton of mistakes in it, but I just want to show ya'll where this may, or may not be going. The 1st is without all that dub step crap, and just a cover with only 3 channels used, and the 2nd is my horrific attempt at making it sound dub-step-y. Suggestions would be welcome.
I don't think you really understand the mechanics of a wobble.
Firstly, it is NOT a change in pitch.
It's a change of filtering. The note should stay the same and not sound like ridiculously heavy vibrato. I think it's impossible to do it at all with just 2A03 since the only possible way to affect the timbre would be via Vxx. But since 2A03 only allows 50% 25% and 12.5% there's very limited space for harmonic changes.
I think the best way to go about this is to add more channels and fake higher harmonics. Then, as you make the wobble wider adjust the higher frequencies to get louder or quieter in respect to the openness of the wobble. That AND using Vxx.
Might be somewhat possible with MMC5.
So wobbles aren't possible with FDS apparently...?
Okay, study what this guy does, and try to replicate it with FDS. Honestly, you should be able to get an even BETTER wobble sound out of the FDS than something from LSDJ. FDS macros are much longer, meaning there's a lot more elbow room for messing with modulation.
The Kraken song doesn't have any wave changes within a single note, which is kind of important, because switching waves with FDS makes a pop.
Like, it feels like a filter slide, but it's actually moving in discrete steps between the notes.
Doing it at 60hz on a sustained bass note is going to be a little problematic, unless you can incorporate the 60hz popping as part of the tone somehow.
The 60hz alternating Zxx bass is the same note as 2A03 B-0 P4B and the FDS B-0 P88.
I used very crappy hastily made FDS waves, but you can probably get better results studying real waves with resonant filters.

Yea, I know its not an actual change pitch normaly, but when I was trying stuff out, that kinda sounded like a low quality wobble. I did like using the duty cycle, but it just did Move enough 4 me. But that's why this is a work in progress, and I want to make it sound good.
Edit: Now that im lissening to it again, I do agree, that it does sound way too vibrato sounding
Hmm... Here's a quick attempt at a simple wobble bass in 2A03.
I'm not exactly sure if that's what you're looking for.
EDIT: And a not-so-quick test cover of Backlash.
EDIT (Again): I added that pitch effect from the first test I did, not sure if it sounds better or not. It still seems to be lacking in bass, but I'm not sure if I can do anything about that...
Well the VRC sounds great, and I might have to go with that because it sounds so good. but I can't hear your 2A03 test cause most of the intraments won't load :/ how can I fix that?
