Fighting McFight steps into the Arena, the stage is quiet, but suddenly the music picks up with a unsettling sound, then as it gets faster the strange sound too picks up the pace, and suddenly it's a Giant ROBOT BEAR WITH A CHAINSAW ARMOR, AND LAZERS READY TO CRUSH FIGHTING MCFIGHT. This Song and scene is extremely low budget, like Cheap NES made by pirates cheap

GOMF: I think those have some potential, it's just I feel to make them shine their best you should use an expansion chip, and totally add a faster paced noise percussion to "arbmel" I really dig that one!

thanks for the reply. i'm still in the process of getting used to FamiTracker and figuring out what makes a song work and sound good, what tricks there are and so on. i think adding expansions right now would only keep me from working on the things i have difficulties with, like my basslines and song structure for example.
but i like your idea of adding faster/more noise percussion to "arbmel". i'll try it out.

I like loopage. It sounds like a cracktro with those arps.

thanks, i try not to make songs that can be associated with cracktros but i guess it's easy to fall into this category from time to time if you're using 8-bit trackers.

I never finish anything, ever. So, if I end up posting on this place ever, it's probably going to all reside in this thread, so I guess I should get comfortable here, starting with an attempt to begin covering the entire JJ OST. This is all I got so far, and I'm not gonna get more.

A short idea that I want to extend, but just can't seem to.

Iron Gryphon's Maiden Voyage by Patashu
This is basically Mechanized Whalesong 2.

The vast, gleaming gryphon airship soars through the skies. Isn't it so exciting? I thought so too, so I wrote a song about it.

this is a remix type of thing that only has the bass and drums. you can all listen and edit. WARNING! it's r-type.

So, uh, this is a work in progress.
It may be the deepest thing ever composed.
