the fact that you are tracking at speed 1 with the tempo at 250 is enough to invalidate all of your advice.

edit: looking at what he sied, i did say in my advice that most songs could be done at a much lower speed, through use of commands. but personaly i think YOUR TOO SLOW. (yah thats gonna piss him off :D)

the fine pitch (P00) on square one should be P81 not P80, besides that flash mans theme, unfortuanately has its speed at 1, while most songs can be done at 6 speed, the echo will not come out clearly if not used on the exact point in the song.
as for the "short sustain instrument, its in your best intrest if your going to attempt a speed 6 song, to use the S00 comand which can make the stoping point slightly farther, replicating the sound of a speed 1 single moment stop.
as for the long notes, use the 400 command to make a vibrato.
taking all that i just told you this is what a proper megaman 2 cover will look and sound like.
(dont get discuraged if this seems like a lot, your much better than me when i first started. when i first started i never used a single black key...)

Edit: disreagard my comment of the 400, and insted take notice that that the vibrat in the song on the long notes doent take affect imidiately, but insted there is a short amount ouf time until the vibrato starts, in your version you start the vibrato right away.
on the topic of vibrato's if a vibrato is present sometimes it is not neccicary to use the P00 commands at all, depending on the song, my bubble man cover showcases this.... becuse the orginal did that.
