I was wondering, jrlepage, are you going to number entries randomly, by time submitted, or something else? And, are you going to be renaming named instruments to New Instrument and such?
The first contest start in 4 days! It will be a covers-only competition in the Classical category (2A03 without DPCM).
Just so I have a rough idea of the degree of participation I should expect, I would appreciate it if you guys would please let me know by posting and saying "I'm in!" or something if you plan on participating. Doesn't really matter that much if you say you'll participate and then don't, or if you didn't show up here but participate anyway; like I said I only want a rough idea.
Awesome! 8 people sounds like a good start, hopefully more will submit in the end too! Of course, the more the merrier, so if you know people who don't frequent the forums but use FamiTracker, let them know about the event!
The contest starts tomorrow. I'll try and get it started by 12 noon EDT tomorrow, but no promises... I'll establish the rules and guidelines of the competition, and I'll start collecting entries on March 23 (one week before they're due).
