Could you verify that Xaimus' Famicompo 6 entry "Dendrite" is broken on hardware, and that the patch I made fixed it?

It's a multi-expansion tune, but I'm only interested in the N163 behaviour. Only the first 10 seconds of each NSF is necessary.

I finished a quick cover and made a recording of it. I accidentally recorded it with the Megami Tensei II cart instead of the King of Kings cart, and the 2A03 square ended up coming off a little loud, but I kinda like it this way. I might re-record it some time in the future anyway.

Also, rainwarrior, I'm sorry but both NSFs have the same behaviour: they both crash shortly after the N163 kicks in. First I played the original version, then your patch... But there's no difference between the two. I suspect it might have something to do with the other expansions being enabled though, what do you think?

The FLAC is a raw, unedited recording which contains the "click bzzt" noises the TNS-HFC3 makes when you turn on the Famicom and load an NSF; I thought it was an interesting artefact to leave in since I don't think I've published a recording of it before, and this isn't meant as a proper musical recording anyway.

Hmm, yeah, probably has something to do with the the TNS-HFC3 vs multi-expansions. Thanks for the attempt.

I'd rather not have to guess when to stop recording, please.

Well, I decided it was time I try. Also, I'm afraid that mediafire never, EVER works for me... If you could dropbox or email, by any chance...

EDIT: The time is 1:33 for this song. It stops itself on FT, but i'm not sure that's how things work with actual hardware. No rush, as long as it's here sometime before I die. You have about, ohhh, 70 years left to do it.

I like Mediafire because it's free and it tells me how many people download the recordings. I guess I can send you a Dropbox link though.

I'll record this when I get a chance.

Ok, sorry to put you through that. That's one reason I've never requested one before. You're hardware recordings are epic for those of us to poor to afford stuff like this, so thanks.

puush works wonders for little things like this

It's free, fast and super easy to use, I much prefer it over dropbox and mediafire

But when I go there, it says it's for screenshots

Well, I guess you know what you're saying. I just verified, and puush works for me. (Is it puush.me?)
