Great news!! Starting with build 0.4.3 of FamiTracker, NSFs with DPCM bankswitching now play correctly on the TNS-HFC3! If there is any NSF that you would like me to record that uses more than 16 kB of DMC data, you may now request it.

Sudo, sorry I've been keeping you waiting for so long. I'll be sure to fulfill your request as soon as I get a chance!

I want Mario!

Okay, so there's the SMW Ending song that I had requested a while back. Also, the other NSF contains 3 songs. I'm more interested in song #2 than the others.

Details? Here you go:

SMW Ending: 4:12 | No loops
mario, song 1 (Special World): Around 15 seconds a loop.
mario, song 2 (SMB Remix): 1:30 a loop
mario, song 3: This is both Special World and SMB Remix together. It's the easter-egg version, where Sp. World lasts two minutes and then SMB remix kicks in. This one should last around 3:30 for one loop and 5:00 for two loops.

As I said, I'm more interested in song #2 in the mario NSF, but if you want to record everything, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Funny, I had the exact same idea a while ago. Difference is, I wrote mine in SMB1 style (with the "SMB1 overworld remix" being the actual SMB1 overworld theme). I really dig your version though!

I'll add this to the stack of stuff to record and get cracking once I'm back home (I took my Famicom and HFC3 and Famicom carts with me, but like a twat I forgot the male-male 1/8" jack cable >.>).

I've wanted to check that FTM out since really long ago! Thanks, sounds nice [and glad you like my version too].

I'll be looking forward to the recordings. Too bad you forgot the cable but that kind of stuff tends to happen really often.

Yeah, I thought I made sure I had everything before I left, but apparently I didn't.

I'm coming back home tomorrow anyway so it won't be that long of a wait. And I've been able to verify that previously problematic NSFs now work fine by using regular headphones to listen to the NSFs, so it's at least that.

I wonder how much of an ass I would make myself out to be if I were to walk around the city listening to NSFs on a battery-powered Famicom. That's something I'll try if I ever get a TNS.

Better yet, hook it up to some ghetto blaster stereo speakers and play some Chibitech NSF dance music in the streets.

Oh man now I wanna try this in downtown Montreal haha

What is this.

Anyways, I have a huge request, so it's fine if you cant fill it.

First, this, both the FDS and the regular versions.

Second, these songs from my Sonic 3 VRC7 collab:
- Sonic & K. Title
- File Select
- Angel Island I
- Marble Garden II
- Ice Cap I/II
- Launch Base II
- Mushroom Hill II
- Flying Battery I/II
- (I hate Sandopolis.)
- Lava Reef I/II
- Death Egg I
- S&K Miniboss
- Final Boss
- Doomsday Zone
- Bonus Stage 2
- Bonus Stage 3
- Special Stage
- Azure Lake
- Chrome Gadget
- Endless Mine

Welp, that was a lot, wasn't it? Last request from my Sonic 1/2 VRC7 collab (the author's names are here too because there are multiple versions of some songs):
- Green Hill Beta (bd2000)
- Green Hill (poodlecock)
- Marrblu Zuun (Mr_Master)
- Spring Yard Zone (poodlecock)
- Labyrinth Zone (Fezuke)
- Starlight Zone (Mr_Master)
- Scrap Brain (Bl4cK_M0on/Rushjet1)
- Emerald Hill (bd2000)
- Chemical Plant (Bl4cK_M0on)
- Aquatic Ruins (Mr_Master)
- Oil Ocean (Bl4cK_M0on)
- Metropolis (Bl4cK_M0on)
- Sky Chase (Fezuke)
- Final Zone (bd2000)
- Emerald Hill 2-Player (FlashingYoshi)
- Options (poodlecock)
- Options (bd2000)
- Sonic 1 Medley (arr. poodlecock)

Again, it's fine if you can't do all or even any of these.

EDIT: Welp, that was stupid of me.

You know, there's kind of an unwritten rule (that used to be a written one until I ran out of space in that first post and decided to remove it because I thought it was common fucking sense) that you should only request three recordings at a time.

So, yeah. That combined with the fact you're supposed to tell me how long to record for (remember: it's not my job to guess how long I'm supposed to listen to your stuff for) means I'll probably never record any of the things you requested.

I feel so stupid =V

Should I choose only 3 and repost which ones or should I just give it up?

I don't understand your question. Are you implying I should stop recording NSFs on my Famicom and lock this thread?
