Yeah, the more time we have before submission time, the better. I'm on my midterms and while I have a complete cover done, it needs retouching - and I don't intend to submit just that...

The rules are the same as earlier this year: you can submit one NSF per category (Covers and Originals), and each NSF can contain up to 5 tracks. The submission period is Oct. 1 to Oct.3 1, Japanese time (I always submit on the day before just to be on the safe side).
