Also, I had no idea of a rule about not being supposed to cover anything done previously - I hope I didn't D: Will make sure for next time! ^^

There is no such rule... There is only a rule that says you shouldn't submit something you've already released to the public.

So did I, for that matter. :p And I think a handful of other people too.

It's a good thing there's no rule to prevent people from covering stuff other people have covered... Not only is it impossible to enforce, but some people would be in trouble: there's two Vampire Killer covers this time, and in FCM8 there were two covers of the FF battle theme, and two covers of the same Jean-Jacques Perrey tune!

How did a Beethoven piano sonata get into the original category?

I'm not sure, but K-> should definitely be notified about this. Sure, a lot of it is original but it still counts as a cover no matter what.

There's also an original that was mistakenly submitted in both categories (original 29 is also cover 25). Hopefully a new entry pack with the corrections added in will be released within a day or two.

I also noticed an FDS entry that never utilized FDS at all...

And an MMC5 entry that doesn't use it either...

Also you'll notice cover 88 enables all available expansions except MMC5 but doesn't use any of them.

Voting isn't enabled yet... Remind me, is it done from 0-5? I'll just save my votes for now then submit when they're opened.

IF it's the same as last time, then yes, each entry receives a score from 0 to 5.

Due to :reasons: I don't have much access to NSF-capable computers these days, but I'd still like to vote...
So here are all the entries batch-converted to stereo mp3s with nsfplay!
I don't have enough space for a zip in addition to single mp3s so please use DownThemAll or wget

http://ocv.me/fcm9/ ...took bloody 20 hours to upload, stupid ADSL orz

Also, thanks to rainwarrior for the commandline wave exporter. Massively useful!
