Here's v1.52 of TFM Music Maker.

Update history:

1.52 15.11.11

* Key off on USB MIDI keyboards wasn't working properly
* Instrument change through MIDI selected a group of instruments
* Removed MSVC Redistributable dependence
* Help item of the main menu disappeared after opening a module
* Effects above F in neighborn patterns were displayed incorrectly
* Some SMPS instruments were imported incorrectly
