It's the Windoze way to say "segfault" i.e. segmentation violation. But unless you provide a dump file or explain what you did prior of getting this fatal error, then we can't say more.

There should be a minidump.dmp file created somewhere during the crash, I need that to debug.

I simply downloaded it, extracted it, and tried to run it, like any ol' program in the world. I forgot to include the dump file, so here it is.

You have NSFplay in the same folder as famitracker, that's the reason it's crashing. Move famitracker or NSFplay to a different folder.
