I might just be messing up something simple something here, but when I add effects on the triangle (in this case vibrato and tremolo), everything is fine in FT but when converted as nsf, the triangle after doing the effects goes into a very low note, a buzzing C#0 kind of note, (and of course I put a 400 or 700 after the effect time,so that the triangle goes back to normal). So if anybody else also had that problem please let me know.
