FDS waves are a fun toy.
Question: I've been working on an original, and have shown a version or two to a couple of friends, but never published it anywhere. Would it be eligible?
What the hell guys? That's the WHOLE point. Write a song with 'X' Chip, in 'X' amount of time. What's so hard to understand? If you can't write a track in 3 weeks, start practicing now. Why is everyone trying to shortcut/cheat the compo?
I'm actually aware of some of the rules and I am now trying to play as fair as possible. I don't know though, since I am working now in getting all the samples and instruments I need, but with little parts of my cover. I won't use those parts as they are now, but instead remake them, to also make sure I make no mistakes with anything. My real work should start once jrlepage says it must. Starting the contest without anything would be like starting to cook without the ingredients you need.
And I will stop getting samples for now. I'd better get to them once I am working on my entry since there's a weird feeling haunting me. I feel I am cheating in some way. However, since I am a fast worker, that should be no problem.
And hell, I don't want FDS. Sounds worse in the new version. I hate you all who voted for FDS and VRC7(not really though, that will make me experiment with those chips, which can be better).
