Good. The answer is C. You pass.

A part of growing up is realizing when something is fun for you, fun for some, and/or fun for most.

FamiTracker is fun for most. Before you reply or post to things that are only fun for you, perhaps it's best to take the "high road" and divert your attention to another internet distraction for a while. Otherwise you may be perceived as a "troll".

Most of all, everything goes back to jsr and his feelings. Be considerate and grateful.

Thanks.

Ah, good ol' uncle B00daW and his lectures.

All right, I'll keep that in mind.

The new build may have reddened the instrument column when an instrument is used in a channel of expansion chips that do not correspond. But the NSF exporter does not actually prevent glitches like this from happening.

After some finagling with rainwarrior's bin wrapper program, it seems that the BIN export feature of v0.4.3 is broken. It creates nonplayable NSFs.

~~~
Edit:
With v0.4.2 I am able to properly assemble NSF/NES/PRG with rainwarrior's bin wrapper application using the RELOCATE_MUSIC string.
wouldn't you need a new NSF driver source for 0.4.3 to work?
I'm still running into the problem where NSFs with too many DPCM samples crash my TNS-HFC3. Any chance you'll release a build that incorporates your fix for that anytime soon, pretty please?
I didn't notice that post, yeah i'll look into this soon.
B00daW: Exported data only works with a particular version of the driver, which for 0.4.3 hasn't been released yet.
I would really appreciate a build of FT with the fix for bankswitching DPCM implemented really soon, I need it for something!! At the very least can you point me to the file I need to fix so I can compile from source myself? Thanks a bunch!
I noticed that the beta is much more smoother than 0.4.2 with the same audio buffer length (132ms is what I use). Will there be any change that makes it less smoother in the final version?
I noticed that if someone has 64 .dmc files loaded Famitracker will not save the 64th .dmc file location on the keyboard. A file was uploaded for reference.
Roykeru: I'll investigate that.
Anyway I've decided to release version 0.4.3 now, get it here: http://famitracker.com/files/FamiTracker-v0.4.3.zip
I'll soon close this thread, please post new bugs in the Bug reports sections. Thanks!
The news page will be updated later.
jsr, when will you post the source for 0.4.3? I am curious to see how long migration from 0.4.2 to 0.4.3 will take me!
