it says it one the home screen, Source is available under the GNU General Public License.
so yes, thy can useth thine program to compose musical sounds for entertainment

To be clear: there are no legal restrictions on what you do with the music you make in Famitracker.
(Unless you cover or sample something that has its own legal restrictions, but this has nothing to do with Famitracker specifically.)
