I think I've found a bug where if you hold CTRL and then press SPACE in the first space of the effects column while in edit mode, you'll get two zeroes, but no effect number/letter. It'll leave an empty space there instead. It works on all columns and for all expansion chips. An FTM has been attached.
Edit: Just realized that this isn't the "Bug Reports & Feature Requests" section. Oops.
