These are all VRC6 instruments, and not 2A03.

...so the question remains how do I make them 2A03?

You, uh, don't. VRC6 and 2A03 instruments have slightly different capabilities.

Delete instrument 00, click the arrow next to the 'Add Instrument' button, and hit 'New 2A03 Instrument'. Repeat for the rest of your instruments until none are VRC6.
