Hello there, and nice to meet you; I compose some tunes with this Awesome software.
Last day I obtained core i5 PC and restored all datas and applications from my old PC(Athron 64x2), even Famitracker 0.3.8 beta4.
I launched it and found the Frame Editor window was glitched, the font looks larger and config doesn't affect to its size and style.

I deleted all applications and regkeys, and tried again.
This problem still remains.
Here are some environment information:
On a slightly less rough reply, the newest stable version is 0.4.2, and there's also 0.4.3 beta 2. Try the stable version first and if it doesn't work, try the beta to see if it helps.

Have you tried changing the font within FT's appearance settings? There's a setting for font size too, so if you haven't tried that yet, I suggest you do. Check your screen resolution too and see if any changes to it would affect the tracker display.

Indeed. See if changing it to "Fixedsys" and size 12, closing and relaunching makes a difference. That seems like the default setting for FT and maybe your setup has it set as something else.
Actually I use MITSUBISHI RDT232WX-S and running on 1920x1080 full HD, and
I also tried changing fonts, changing size, delete registry... except hacking Famitracker.
I noticed Frame Editor may uses "Default" raster font that's used on CMD.exe too.
I'll be back to report how it works or not.

My honest suggestion to you is that you either go and learn courtesy, or just leave this place. I know I'm not entitled to say stuff this way, but this place isn't for people like you.

Just dangerous fooling around with registry information.
Smarten your tone, some of this is sounding like you're having a little bit of issue with vista. FT is built so that it works on XP, 7, and 8, and nobody really uses vista, so there might be majour compatibility issues with vista.
Vista may not be deprecated, but by no means is it supported by ANYONE.
Isn't it possible to download fonts, by the way? If FixedSys is missing, then it can be downloaded from somewhere, I've done it before if I remember correctly.
Also, Verdana has come by default every time I've installed FT in other computers.
