Smarten your tone, some of this is sounding like you're having a little bit of issue with vista. FT is built so that it works on XP, 7, and 8, and nobody really uses vista, so there might be majour compatibility issues with vista.
Vista may not be deprecated, but by no means is it supported by ANYONE.

Actually I found the FixedSys was broken, and fixed by replacing fonts including System,Terminal,FixedSys from old Partition.
... Anyway the problem has been solved!

Nono, the pattern matrix, up in the top corner, will ALWAYS try to be a system font. First choice is FixedSys.
Ahhh great, now I understand. I was confused by the term "Pattern matrix", I don't see it too often. I thought you meant the pattern editor.
