Does anyone have any high-pitch envelopes they prefer? I can't make use of the preset one, because I'm also trying to use the voice melodically after it attacks percussively.

Playing around for a little bit here I've gotten some things that sort of work, but don't really have the 'oomph' I'm looking for. I'm thinking Follin bros / Gonzalez here...

Here's one I came up with:
Volume:
15 15 15 15 15 15 15 15 15 15 0
Hi-Pitch:
8 18 28 -54

Any suggestions?

pitch:"| 50"
It's enough.

Thanks for the suggestions!

I guess the most effective way to pull this off would require using two or more instrument settings for the triangle? I could use an envelope like above or Dave's, but this would require manually entering the desired pitches a row or two later...

Which isn't a problem, but I was initially trying to get away with one patch / instrument that could be used both percussively and melodically. So for example, I would use something more like "50 0 0 0 -50" instead of just "| 50", so it gets back to the starting pitch. If that makes sense.

bump, just want to say that i've hit a situation today while writing where an instrument that would work both as a bass drum "oomph" as well as melodically would come in very handy. my triangle instrument isn't all its cracked up to be!
