There's been no progress lately.

I've underestimated how frustrating it would be to write a complete GB sound emulation (CPU, aound registers and especially volume envelopes) from scratch. It was a nice learning experience though. :P

I'm not sure whether to iron out the last bugs in the sound emulation code (and hope they don't create any new bugs) or rewrite everything and use a library for emulation (such as GME from foo-gep). For the last release I actually ended up copy/pasting GME source code to get the volume envelopes to be less broken.

I might take quite a while to get around to this though. Most songs do import decently, and I'm a perfectionist by no means. :P

I have no idea if this would be technically feasible or not, but it would be neat if someone could make or modify a full Game Boy emulator and make it log the output in real-time to FTM. I'm just imagining all the fun I could have with LSDJ to Famitracker conversions...

Something tells me that this would be impossible, since LSDj to GBS is already a near-impossible task.
