in honor of robbin williams, aka the jenie, who recently killed himself, here is a song from one of the movies he starred in.
(I could have dun "friend like me" instead, since that is his theme song, but that would not go as well with the instruments I was using, IMO.)

yes, especially track 3 (the hurry up music), which just has a baseline and a roughly 0.5 second sound effect repeating itself. that's how it was in the arcade and other non japanese computer versions. the exception being the genesis port, which is based on the nes version anyway.

I covered the entire soundtrack to yet another konami game, this time from the msx.
in contrast to my arcade covers (amidar and yi ar kung foo), this one uses the instruments from super mario bros. 1.

here is the theme to a brittish tv show that ran for 9 years, not counting reruns. the show appeared to have been a success, but noone daired to bring it to North Ammerica

The master system doesn't use the AY/YM.
