I know you wanted a black box type soundtrack, but I just couldn't help myself, I went all out :P Here's my personal title theme. Even if it's not good enough (again, I threw your rulebook out the window, sorry ) at least I had fun making it.

The title music sounds good, though I think the echo goes a little too far. Not a big deal, but could you make it shorter? I intended to have the title screen cut to a self-playing demo, then cut back to the title screen.
Also, is the hiss on the background music supposed to be intentional?
By the way, the game outputs NSF files, so if anyone is still interested in submitting music, you can see all the filler tracks by running the EXE. You can also replace them while the game is running to hear how they'll sound in game.
