Yes, and you can submit as many as you want, provided they're new/never-released files.

they are! i haven't put a limit on the amount of songs in them either, hehe

you can submit as many separate entries as you like (as long as they follow the rules) that said, but if you think certain tracks work well as a set (i.e. arranging a multi-movement sonata) then you're more than welcome to do a multisong
