Ctrl+Up/Down don't work in the frame editor

The help file says that you can move frames up and down with Ctrl+Up/Down in the frame editor, but that just changes the current instrument.
Minor, since there are the toolbar buttons to do it, but it seemed weird!

It worked back in 0.4.2 ....
Make sure you are double-clicking the Frame Editor to switch keyboard focus from the pattern data to the frame data. Keyboard shortcuts are focus specific.

It also enables you to directly type pattern IDs into specific frames (rather than using the +/- toolbar buttons to change the assignment).

You can also use the F2 and F3 keys to move focus between the pattern and frame editor.
