The main page has updated to Famitracker 0.45 but the download page is still 0.44, it seems the code is not uploaded yet, because it can't be found even in a direct link. So when would the source code available for 0.45?

Be patient. It always takes a little while before jsr uploads the source. It's only been a couple days, so chill out. It's only a matter of time.
