It's interesting that at first it does sound a bit confusing, I dunno.. weird.
But later, I must admit that, actually, the melody(09 frame especially) is quite good.
Surely it needs a bit more work. I am not a professional in terms of music, so the only thing I can suggest is experimenting a bit with drums.
