Hi, I'm new to FamiTracker or more like trackers in general. FamiTracker seems to be a very nice program. =)
I have a little question...

Is it possible to have diffrent length on notes on one instrument?

The actual note length is defined by the volume graph, which is only possible to have one per instrument. But you can stop a note earlier by inserting note halt commands '***' (found on key '1').

As an alternative, you can create multiple instruments with different volume sequence numbers... It's usually what I do.
