Track 11 comes from the FDS version of Super Mario Bros. 1 and 2 (which came in a single game disk).
The track was later referenced in Super Mario RPG, as you can hear an almost identical (although transposed) phrase in the song played at the save file menu screen.
Actually, nicetas_c, the instrument was the triangle wave, not the lead. As I've said in my other post, I could've gone for total accuracy, but jumping from PC to PC would've taken up time that I didn't really have. Other songs on the nsf aren't totally accurate, either(especially Battletoads). Maybe on the next round, I'll go for a more accurate sound.

Due to the way the answers are given, I'm going to have to change the conditions for winning, now. Each song guessed correctly is now worth 10 Points. Try to get the most points to win this round. The person who has the most points in the entire game wins!
*NOTE*
I have to accept answers with the name of the game in them. Because of this, I may have to give the answer of track 11 to nicetas_c, because that post was the only one that had the name of the exact game on it, and exactly where in the game that song is. The other post were a little bit vague, as to what game it came from. Rushjet1 almost had it with the mention of the NSF name(/VS), and modusponens almost had it, because the exact game was known in this post. Unfortunately, I needed the name of just this game! Sorry. Here's 5 points each for the both of you.
tssf, TechEmporium,Doommaster1994, and ElHuesudoll: I can give you 2 points each for being on the right track with the anime and NSF.
Here are some hints for the other remaining songs:
1. "Swirl, exclamation point, number sign, question mark, upside-down swirl, exclamation point" - a phrase from an orange alien(is he swearing?).
3. This Kid has near miraculous jumping power, but a deadly running speed. This song can sometimes be enough proof of how deadly his running speed is. At the same time, he needs this ability to save the king! Also, he wears a cap in Japan, but not in the U.S.
9. "GO 20Km WITHIN TIME 250."
10. The ultimate in sports!
