Weird, I could have sworn many people did covers of Splash Hill Zone from Sonic 4. You sure you didn't check the second/third/whatever pages?
Not sure I like the octaved square waves playing like that. Doesn't seem to fit too well. But I've never been much of a fan of the Sonic 4 music. Ah well.. good work none the less.
I've already looked before. There are no NES covers of Sonic 4 - Splash Hill Zone: Act 1. Only 16-bit and beyond covers. Also, I've removed the lowest octaved channel entire and also added a FDS channel. It probably still isn't that good, so suggestions are welcome, and I'll do the full song later.

I feel like a noob for asking, but how do people know what the songs are for Sonic 4 already? Isn't it still slated for a summer release? Granted I haven't been keeping up with that game as much as I did for Megaman 10, so I've probably missed a bunch of stuff.

It was somewhat constructive, but I guess INeedGlassesVic didn't realize that it's perfectly alright to have more than one transcription/remake of the same tune because everyone has their own way of interpreting it.
Anyways, I don't think he's coming back anytime soon.

The entire soundtrack actually got leaked, that's how I did my cover. I probably should have spent my time trying to make one of the other songs since I don't really like that one...
Also, it's too bad he/she took it down, I wanted to hear their version since mine isn't very accurate...
