Drag the .nds over the program when it's running.

Wait a second, can VGMTrans rip all 'streams' and 'samples' from an NDS ROM? NDSSNDEXT does.

Yes... It rips you a converted MIDI and also a converted DLS if you don't want a bunch of WAVs (But it still has the option)
