1. Download NSF here http://www.zophar.net/music/nsf/lifeforce.html

2. Download NSFImport here http://rainwarrior.ca/projects/nes/nsfimport.html

3. Open NSFImport

4. File>ImportNSF and choose Lifeforce.nsf and pick which subsong in the game you want.

5. There is the song, it plays at fastest speed, Speed1. Study to learn the instruments you need to make.
