It sounds okay, but a little too retro..you know, the kind of retro song that you would hear in a game that doesn't quite know how to use the 2A03 chip.
What I think might help it exponentially is redoing the noise track..instead of having cymbals crashing on dotted notes like you do, perhaps get some low end noise in there as a sort of "kick", that might work as well.
