Sometimes notes C-0 to A#0 of the sawtooth channel work properly, sometimes they are just identical to B-0. What happened?

The sawtooth is supposed to go down to C-0. Do you know when it doesn't work?

Randomly. It happens about 3 out of 10 times I use FamiTracker.
