I was bored, and I like this song, so I did this.
(The percussion towards the loop isn't that accurate, kinda got lazy there.)

You did a nice job on this one, but there were some small things that were out of place in the song, so I made some edits:
Refined note placements
More synth-y bass
More choir-y choir
Drums ripped from Mega Man X2
More Capcom-esque hihats
Everything else was spot-on!

I like most of the edits, but to be honest I preferred my triangle toms and louder hats. I wasn't specifically trying for a Capcom style, just my own.
I made some edits to your edits, restoring some of my original sound design choices...
